How do refunds work?

At Compressr, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds subject to the following guidelines:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
    • Refunds are only applicable to subscription plans and one-time purchases made directly through our app.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at team@compressr.au.
    • Provide your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant transaction information.
    • Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  3. Refund Limitations:
    • Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods or consumed services.
    • Third-party purchases or transactions made outside of our app are not eligible for refunds.
  4. Refund Method:
    • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
